If you will be away during service,
please provide us with a copy of your house key.
The key will be tagged using our secure key-coding system,
and will be returned to you at the end of the service period.
Or, you may choose to participate in our Ready
Key Program in which we keep your key securely
on file so we may provide you with continuous,
convenient service in the future.
How are the keys labeled?
To ensure the security of your family, pets
and home, the keys are labeled discreetly.
Addresses, phone numbers or any other
identifying information are not used.
In addition, pet care information is not kept
in the same location as the keys.
How many dogs are walked together?
We will walk up to three dogs at a time,
if they are from the same family.
We won't walk your dogs with another client's dogs,
unless you and a neighbor request that
your dogs be walked together.
Where are the dogs walked?
We go for walks throughout your neighborhood,
or to nearby parks if requested.
What do you do in case of
extreme heat or heavy rain?
In extreme weather conditions, walks
will be adjusted to fit your dog's needs.
Are there any extra fees
for weekends or Holidays?
No, our prices are the same every day of the year.
Do you charge extra
for last-minute reservations?
No, if we have openings in our schedule
and you are a current client, we are always happy
to accommodate you with a 24-hour notice.
For first-time clients, please make
reservations at least a week in advance.
What do you charge
if I have to cancel my reservations?
Nothing. We understand that plans sometimes change
and do not charge any cancellation penalties or fees.
