For new clients we always provide a
complimentary consultation visit with you and your pets,
so you have the opportunity to meet with us first, see how
your dogs interact with us, and discuss any information we would
need to provide the very best care for your pets and your home.
Then if you decide you'd like to use our services,
we'll fill out a service agreement which includes information
about your pets and home, veterinary information, and contact
information of a friend or neighbor in case of an emergency.
You'll be able to show us around your home and
where the pet food, leashes and other supplies are kept.
At the end of our visit we'll collect payment from you
and a copy of your house key, if you'll be away during service.
